The HCSC does not recommend or endorse any one breeder, nor does it recommend, guarantee, or rate breeders or their stock. Under no circumstances does the HCSC promote the sale of puppies through third-party businesses or professionals such a pet shops, wholesalers, commercial dealers, or paid agents.

Buyers should satisfy themselves regarding all matters relating to the AKC registration, health, and quality of the dog they are considering for purchase before making any decision.

The HCSC and its individual Board Members do not and cannot guarantee or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind, express or implied, for the quality, health, or temperament of any dog; or for the warranty, guarantee, integrity, honesty, reliability, expressed or implied, by any HCSC member who is included on this list.
