HCSC Specialty Show 2026

The Havanese Club of Southern California is pleased to announce our 2026 Annual Specialty, to be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in conjunction with the Shoreline Dog Fanciers of Orange County at the Orange County Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, California.

Havanese Heritage Showcase

The Havanese Heritage Showcase is a special opportunity to celebrate the beauty, soundness, and enduring quality of our beloved breed by featuring Havanese that are not competing in Conformation but continue to exemplify excellent health and breed-standard coat.

The Showcase is open to all Havanese 12 months through 7 years of age. Dogs do not need to be Champions, and both spayed/neutered and intact dogs are welcome to participate.

Each participant will enter the ring for an individual presentation followed by a group lap. Owners are encouraged to submit a brief biography that includes their dog's registered name, call name, titles, and a fun fact. The biography will be read by the announcer as each dog is showcased.

This promises to be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our Havanese, recognize the dedication of their owners, and let every participant enjoy a moment in the spotlight as a true Star of the Show.

Entries close at noon on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
